From here onwards in this agreement, the term “Man-nirmal Foundation” refers to the website www.Mannirmal Foundation.in and Art of charity Organization who owns this website. This Terms and Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) between Man-nirmal Foundation and users / registered members of the website (“You”) describes the terms on which Man-nirmal Foundation offers you the Services (as defined below) through the website. 1. 1 Funding services: Man-nirmal Foundation open take donation from any user and that donation utilize in social work like feeding poor and street animals. Registered members can use facilities of Man-nirmal Foundation to donate to the cause they are interested in.
1.2 Payment Gateway : If you are making donations through the payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is provided by a third party and governed by the terms and conditions provided by such third party. You are liable in the event you violate any of the terms and conditions of such third party in making your donations. Man-nirmal Foundation shall not be responsible for any such errors or default in making your donations.
1.3 Man-nirmal Foundation as facilitator: You understand that Man-nirmal Foundation is merely a facilitator for the donations that use for needy people, who are responsible for the cause to which you have donated. Man-nirmal Foundation shall make every effort to ensure that the donation is utilized for the purpose which is specified in the description.
2. Member Information
2.1 You acknowledge that all information on member profile has been entered by or on behalf of you are true to the best of your knowledge. Man-nirmal Foundation shall take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of such information. However, Man-nirmal Foundation does not assume any liability in case of any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind whatsoever arising on account of divulgence of such personal information by the visitor.
2.2 After filling require information in volunteer form .Foundation will reach to you for confirmation from your side either you are interested or not to join as volunteer in foundation
3. NGO Information
3.1 Man-nirmal Foundation collect donation for social activities in nadiad and that use of donation is totally transparent and ethical.
3.2 Man-nirmal Foundation actively doing social activities which are displayed on website.
3.3 Foundation is open to accept any user as volunteer through website registration.
4. Donations
4.1 You can donate to selected causes on Man-nirmal Foundation using a number of payment methods such as credit or debit cards or cheque. Donations are processed by our payment gateway service providers .
4.2 All donations made through Man-nirmal Foundation are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact Man-nirmal Foundation immediately if there are justifying reasons or circumstances for refund and your case may be reviewed on a best effort basis and decision of Man-nirmal Foundation will be final.
4.3 You will receive an email confirming your donation to the cause. This is the final confirmation of your donation. If you have not received please contact Man-nirmal Foundation immediately.
4.4 Man-nirmal Foundation reserves the right at any time from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the donation facility with or without notice.
4.5 We use Approved & Safe to use payment gateways for processing donation. We do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Any disputes under this agreement, which cannot be settled by negotiation may be resolved exclusively by arbitration and shall be held in Delhi, India and conducted in accordance with the provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.\ Subject to the above, the courts of law at Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction in respect of all matters connected with the agreement. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
